Long-form copy is not dead. Neither is Benjamin Obdyke, the namesake for the company he founded in 1868. I made sure of that when I wrote the copy for this campaign as if he was still walking and talking today.
The client doubled their media budget so they could get more life out of the creative. The work won a Silver ADDY in the copywriting category.
Consider this the most interesting campaign for a company that makes corrugated downspouts.
